This DVD was my very first experience of using bears with clients so when the core so suddenly came up, I simply reached out and tapped ON them for a few minutes. 

I've learned since that the best way to do this is, when a core pops up so suddenly, GIVE IT TO MAGIC and let him HOLD IT FOR THE CLIENT while you both continue tapping ON THE BEARS.  This helps take the edge off

that deep emotion.

CORES come up quite suddenly when tapping on bears because your focus is ON the bear rather than on trying to hold your emotions down.  That's when the bear sneaks in there and pulls them up for you and helps you RELEASE those long held stuffed emotions.
