Thank you ever so much for yesterday. It was incredible. You created such a safe healing space and helped me shift all that heavy stuff! I woke up this morning with no sense of dread or fear, which I often used to wake up with. I wasn’t expecting to go into past life stuff but it was obviously where I needed to go.
